Property layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key detailing various areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.
More documentation released as part of the continuing oversight process.
